SCC Online-Prüfungsvorbereitung in Englisch zur Remoteprüfung (Online) SCC-VAZ 2021 Prüfung (Dok. 017) für operativ tätige Führungskräfte in Wunschsprache
Das Zertifizierungssystem SCC (Safety Certificate Contractors) wurde speziell für die sehr hohen Sicherheitsanforderungen der chemischen und mineralölverarbeitenden Industriebetriebe an die auf ihrem Gelände arbeitenden Fremdfirmen entwickelt.
Die webbasierte Prüfungsvorbereitung erfolgt in Englisch und umfasst 14 Themenmodule, die mit kurzen Multiple-Choice-Tests abschließen und zahlreiche Interaktionen, didaktisch reduzierte Lehrinhalte, Quizze und moderne Frage- und Vermittlungsformen enthält.
Diese Schulungsinhalte sind in unserem Tool detailliert dargestellt. Anhand von 14 Sachgebieten bzw. Modulen können sich Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter effektiv auf die anerkannte Prüfung gemäß Dokument 017 vorbereiten. Bei freier Zeiteinteilung bestimmen die Teilnehmenden ihr Lerntempo und überprüfen mithilfe kurzer Wissenskontrollen am Ende des jeweiligen Moduls Ihren Lernerfolg. Die einzelnen Module sind inhaltlich abgeschlossen und können unabhängig von der Reihenfolge absolviert werden.
- Nach der Bestellung erhält jeder Teilnehmende individuelle Zugangsdaten, mit denen er sich flexibel und in eigener Zeiteinteilung auf die SCC-Prüfung gem. Dok. 017 vorbereiten kann.
- Die SCC-Remoteprüfung gem. Dok. 017 erfolgt durch eine Zertifizierungsgesellschaft für Personal
- Die Zulassung zur anerkannten SCC-Präsenzprüfung gem. Dok. 017 erfordert einen separaten Antrag bei der Zertifizierungsstelle für Personal.
- Wenn die Eingangsvoraussetzungen erfüllt sind, ist es möglich, die SGU-Prüfung auch ohne vorherige Schulung abzulegen. Bei Bestehen der Prüfung und Erfüllung aller Voraussetzungen können Sie das SGU-Zertifikat erhalten. Dieses Personalzertifikat ist ein Baustein für die Betriebszertifizierung und Nachweis für sicheres Arbeiten gegenüber Auftraggebern.

Lehrgangsziel
Sie bereiten sich zeit- und ortsunabhängig auf die SGU-Prüfung des SCC-Regelwerkes vor.
Eingangsvoraussetzungen
Folgende Prüfungsvoraussetzungen sind notwendig:
- PC, Laptop, Smartphone, Tablett mit Internetverbindung und Web-Browser
- Um Ihnen einen Zugang zu der Online-Schulung zur Verfügung stellen zu können, ist eine personenbezogene E-Mail-Adresse Voraussetzung.
- Nach Angebotsannahme und Zusendung der Teilnehmerdaten erhält jeder Teilnehmende eine bis zum Prüfungstermin beschränkte, personalisierte Lizenz zur Nutzung der E-Learning-Kursinhalte.
Die Voraussetzung zur Teilnahme an der SGU-Prüfung ist eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung gemäß Berufsbildungsgesetz (BBiG) bzw. eine gleichwertige oder höherwertige Ausbildung. Als Nachweis der Berufsausbildung kann alternativ eine Bescheinigung, in der mit folgendem Text bestätigt werden sollte, dass der Teilnehmer seit mind. 3 Jahren in Ihrem Unternehmen oder in einem anderen Unternehmen in Deutschland beschäftigt ist, eingereicht werden.
Bei ausländischen Abschlüssen muss eine Berufserfahrung von mind. 1 Jahr in Deutschland nachgewiesen werden. Der Nachweis eines gültigen Dok.16 Zertifikats reicht, wenn keine Berufsausbildung bzw. Berufserfahrung vorhanden ist.

Technische und organisatorische Voraussetzungen
Hardware Voraussetzungen
- Internet Zugang (WLAN oder Kabel). Die Internetverbindung muss stabil sein und eine Bandbreite von mindestens 5 MBit/s zur Verfügung stehen.
- Webcam (separat oder am Notebook). Bevorzugt eine minimale Auflösung von 0.8 MP.
- Mikrofon (am besten ein Raummikrofon am Laptop/Notebook – kein Headset).
- Internetfähiges (mindestens 5 MBit/s) und SMS-fähiges Smartphone mit Kamerafunktion (minimale Auflösung von 0.8 MP) für das TAN-Authentifizierungsverfahren
Software Voraussetzungen am Prüfungsrechner
- Ein Internet Browser ist zur Durchführung erforderlich. (Chrome oder Edge empfohlen).
- Ein aktuelles Betriebssystem. (Windows 10, Apple Mac ab 2013, Linux ab 2013 (nicht empfohlen)
- Aktive personenbezogene Email-Adresse mit barrierefreiem Zugriff für den Prüfling
Standort / Prüfungsraum:
- Der Prüfungsraum muss hell bzw. gut ausgeleuchtet sein, sodass der Teilnehmer zu sehen ist.
- Die Prüfung muss in einem geschlossenen Raum stattfinden (keine Terrasse, keine Halle, alle Türen sollten geschlossen sein).
- Der Raum muss möglichst frei von Störgeräuschen sein. (z.B. keine Geräusche von TV/Radio, Haushaltsgeräte und keine Außengeräusche durch geöffnete Fenster)
- Der verwendete Arbeitsplatz/Schreibtisch sollte möglichst leergeräumt sein. Insbesondere muss der Platz frei sein von Büchern, Papier und insbesondere von für die Prüfung fachlich relevanten Materialien
- Alle nicht für die Prüfung genutzten Monitore und Bildschirme im Raum müssen entfernt werden oder mit der Front vom Kandidaten abgewandt stehen.
Weitere Voraussetzungen:
- Teilnehmer/innen benötigen zur Durchführung der Prüfung ein amtliches Ausweisdokument mit Lichtbild (z. B. Personalausweis, Reisepass, Aufenthaltsausweis oder Führerschein).
- Sofern Laptops verwendet werden, muss sichergestellt werde, dass der Ladestand ausreichend ist, um die Aufnahme während der gesamten Prüfungsdauer zu gewährleisten. Sollten Zweifel bestehen, wird empfohlen, ein Ladegerät anzuschließen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Stromversorgung während der Prüfung kontinuierlich gewährleistet ist.

SCC online exam preparation in English for the remote (online) SCC-VAZ 2021 exam (doc. 017) for operational managers and employees in the language of their choice.
The SCC (Safety Certificate Contractors) certification system was specially developed to meet the very high safety requirements of chemical and mineral oil processing industrial companies for contractors working on their premises.
The web-based exam preparation is in English and comprises 14 topic modules, which conclude with short multiple-choice tests and contain numerous interactions, didactically reduced teaching content, quizzes and modern forms of questioning and teaching.
These training contents are presented in detail in our tool. Based on 14 subject areas or modules, managers and employees can effectively prepare for the recognised examination according to document 017. With free time management, the participants determine their learning speed and check their learning success with the help of short knowledge checks at the end of each module. The individual modules are self-contained and can be completed in any order.
After confirmation of the offer, each participant receives individual access data with which they can prepare flexibly and in their own time for the SCC examination according to doc. 017.
The SCC remote examination according to doc. 017 is carried out by a DAkkS accredited certification company (SCC Certification GmbH).

Certificate/Training objective
The validity of the certificate starts with the date of the positive certification decision by the certifier SCC Certification GmbH accredited by the German Accreditation Body DAkkS and is valid for 5 years.
This personnel certificate is a building block for company certification and proof of safe work for clients. The measure provides information on the contents and procedures of the SCC-VAZ 2021 regulations (management system) and imparts basic knowledge on occupational health and safety as preparation for the examination.
Entry requirements
The following system requirements are necessary:
- PC, laptop, smartphone, tablet with internet connection and web browser.
- In order to be able to provide you with access to the online training, a personal e-mail address is required.
- After acceptance of the offer and sending of the participant data, each participant will receive a personalised licence for the use of the e-learning course content, limited until the examination date.
- The prerequisite for participation in the SHE examination for operational managers/employees according to doc. 017/018 is completed vocational training in accordance with the Vocational Training Act (BBiG) or equivalent or higher-level training.
Technical and organisational requirements

Software requirements on the examination computer

- An up-to-date operating system. (Windows 10, Apple Mac from 2013, Linux from 2013 (not recommended).
- Active personal email address with barrier-free access for the examinee.
Location / examination room:
- The examination room must be bright or well lit so that the candidate can be seen.
- The examination must take place in an enclosed room (no terrace, no hall, all doors should be closed).
- The room must be as free as possible from disturbing noises. (e.g. no noise from TV/radio, household appliances and no outside noise from open windows).
- The workstation/desk used should be as empty as possible. In particular, the space must be free of books, paper and especially materials relevant to the examination.
- All monitors and screens in the room not used for the examination must be removed or positioned with the front facing away from the candidate.
Further requirements:
- Candidates need an official identification document with photo (e.g. identity card, passport, residence card or driving licence) to take the examination.
- If laptops are used, it must be ensured that the charge level is sufficient to guarantee recording for the entire duration of the examination. If in doubt, it is recommended that a charger is connected to ensure that the power supply is continuous during the examination.
